As we wrap up the week dedicated to Women In Construction, IDEAL is proud to say we have a higher percentage of women employees in construction than the national average! Women across the country play a vital role in shaping the future of construction. In 2025, women across the country hold over 20% of the leadership roles in construction fields. Since 2020, the roles that were considered off limits for women, such as heavy equipment operators, electricians, welders and many other fields in the skilled trades, have seen a 7% rise in female participation. Here at IDEAL, we celebrate the women who work for us in the many different roles needed to keep our business afloat!
